One major focus for the San Xavier Allottees Association (SXAA) has been to educate and to provide the access to Life Plans or Will Writing Services for the San Xavier allottees (landowners). This is now more important than ever, due to the increasing changes in Federal Regulations that govern what the allottees can do with their land interest. Life Plan Services have been provided by the SXAA office for over four years now.
The Probate staff from the BIA Agency as well as the staff from Office of Special Trust (IIM) are now available at the San Xavier District Office.

They will continue to assist Allottees with their Land, Housing, Economic Development, Land Buyback Program, and ass
The SXAA Community Liaison position has been filled by Tina Rodriquez and Michaela Lopez. The Community Liaisons have completed several home visits to Allottees to assist them with issues regarding Will Writing Service. They will continue to assist Allottees with their Land, Housing, Economic Development, Land Buyback Program, and assist with the Cobell process. The Community Liaisons will continue to provide information on meetings and services. In addition, the Community Liaisons for SXAA attends various meetings to keep SXAA landowners informed as to what is being discussed in relation to the allotted lands here at San Xavier.
